- Broker Comment: When I was 15 or 16 years old, I stole a truck with 2 friends in High School. In July of 2003, age 17, I was arrested as a minor. Due to multiple parties being involved, I was charged with multiple counts of Engaging in Organized Crime. Afterwards, the nature of the charges caused the court to push for adult responsibility. In March 2004, I was officially charged as an adult, April 2004 I was judged to serve punishment listed above. In 2010 I completed my community supervision program with zero issues and restitution fully paid back. Final status is listed as Dismissed/Disposed. There have been zero infractions since then other than traffic tickets. There has never been any sort of investment related crimes committed with almost 15 years separating current date with the dates of the crime and original charges.
Should I file a FINRA complaint against brokers like Jesus Armando Rodriguez?
Many investors (presumably, like yourself) are unaware of the legal recourse available to them after losing money due to securities broker fraud and/or negligence. The truth is that investors who lost money in this fashion may actually be entitled to damages. You may suffer significant losses at the hands of your financial advisors’ misconduct, such as if they misrepresented or failed to disclose the risks associated with a particular investment, recommended frequent trades for the sole purpose of generating commissions, or used high-pressure tactics to make a sale. The rules and regulations of securities laws and FINRA policies are complex, and investment loss claims require an extensive understanding of securities arbitration to achieve the best possible results.
