HE WAS APPROACHED BY SECURITY. HE ASKED THE POLICE TO REVIEW THE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE TO SHOW MR. TESLENKO HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE STOLEN GOODS BY HIS FRIEND. BECAUSE THE ITEMS WERE IN MR. TESLENKO’S CAR HE WAS SUMMONED WITH POSSESESION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
