- Broker Comment: I was contacted by Beaumont Police Officer on 05/19/2021 due to my puppy by the name of Zombie ( Dogo Argentino breed). Zombie was 1 of 4 puppies to get Parvo, 3 of the 4 puppies died except for Zombie. Although Zombie survived Parvo she did developed a bad skin infection. I took efforts to save Zombie by taking her to a Beaumont vet and the vet advice to put the puppy down or to take her to a specialist. Because of my love for animals and my attachment to Zombie I decided to take Zombie home and treat her for 2 days before getting the second opinion of another vet. When I got the second opinion I put the dog down. I was shocked and surprised that on 05/20/2021 I was interviewed in the Beaumont police station where I was arrested for animal cruelty. I bailed out and I hire The Law Office of Michael A. Scafiddi to represent me. There were some attempts to resolve the matter with the DA and unfortunately they were not able to resolve the matter and the DA filed a felony charge against me for cruelty to an animal. I am scheduled to be arraigned next month 10/28/2021 and my intent is that I am NOT guilty plea and to fight this charge. I have been a dog lover all my life and I deny any illegal or unlawful conduct an look forward to my day in court. If you need to reach my attorney Michael Scaffidi he is his number 909-663-4017.
Should I file a FINRA complaint against brokers like ALDER RUIZ?
Many investors (presumably, like yourself) are unaware of the legal recourse available to them after losing money due to securities broker fraud and/or negligence. The truth is that investors who lost money in this fashion may actually be entitled to damages. You may suffer significant losses at the hands of your financial advisors’ misconduct, such as if they misrepresented or failed to disclose the risks associated with a particular investment, recommended frequent trades for the sole purpose of generating commissions, or used high-pressure tactics to make a sale. The rules and regulations of securities laws and FINRA policies are complex, and investment loss claims require an extensive understanding of securities arbitration to achieve the best possible results.
